The bunk bed is nice and works well as the upgrade for my 3 young sons graduating from their trio of toddler beds. The quality is good. You wouldn't think that it could only be held together and support weight with simple bolts. bolt locks and a system of dowels, but that the science of physics architecture that certain people go to school for. Anyhow, the bed arrived in 3 boxes (2 in one shipment, 1 in another) with NO missing parts and NO damaged parts which is a blessing. So no issues with delivery or quality control. My only concern is the bed slats are thin and to be screwed in as opposed to bolted in like the toddler beds I had. So a full grown adult getting on the top bunk made me think I could come crashing down, but the slats are holding very well to my surprise, so we're good there. 14 slats distributed evenly, so I guess chalk it up to the laws of physics. Oh, and most comments complain about the poor instructions, but they are just fine. The "picture system" is intuitive for someone who is savvy enough to understand navigating smart phones, computers, websites, etc. It's not that confusing.

Put together with my 14 year old daughter and it was fairly straight forward. The parts that I had difficulty with, she was able to figure out pretty easily. We’ve had it about a year and it is holding up. well o far.

Perfect for my boys. They love it. Definitely pay for assembly— SO worth it.

Great sturdy triple bunk for the kids. I purchased the professional installation through Wayfair and the installer was great too. The only thing is that the box was missing a few screws. I contacted Wayfair and they shipped the missing screws to me.

So far this seems great! Looks good in the room, we’ll just need to switch out the fan before my niece and nephews come to visit next month! Seeing other reviews, we hired professionals to put it together and it only took them 4.5 hours!
