Well designed beds, but sloppily made. About half of the pre-drilled holes in drawers and the mattress support lattice did not line up, requiring time from me to re-drill the holes to make it work. The dado cut on one side rail was running out, in essence ruining the piece. QC should have scrapped the piece, instead it was shipped. As I needed the beds and did not have the time to deal with returns I had to fabricate a support post, realign the hinge and fill the defective area with epoxy. Not what I would expect from a newly purchased bed at any price. I will make a reclamation for this defect separately.

Solid bed once you get it put together . Not difficult to do. One hole was not lined up so i had to drill my own.
