Well, just assembled this, and it could be better. There were missing screws (luckily, I had disassembled a previous bed from Wayfair, so I had extra screws exactly matching what I needed), the manual and parts labelling could be better. But the slats.... My 120-130lb teen laid on the top bunk and I saw those slats flex and I don't think they're capable of 400lbs capacity at all. I intend to reinforce with thin plywood to prevent those slats from breaking accidentally.

Do not buy this bunk bed or any bunk bed that looks like this one but under a different name, it's the same poorly made bed. The bunk beds are cute and a nice size. However, a part broke during a professional installation. After a full week, in two places, the paint/wood is chipping off. We then found areas that looked damaged and then painted over. Because we did not inspect every area and wood piece in the boxes before the installation, Wayfair will not replace, accept the return, or refund the bunk beds. After emailing, calling, and chatting, we have damaged bunk beds in their orginal boxes we are unable to return. I have gotten quite a few items on Wayfair and have recieved damaged items that were resolved reasonably. However, if you are contemplating buying a large and important item from Wayfair, be careful. If there is an issue you failed to see in time, they couldn't care less.

A little hard to put together but the bed is beautiful!
