Overall, it’s a great bed very sturdy and not too challenging to put together. It just takes time and there’s lots of pieces. As others have said some of the pieces are nicked or missing paint, but if you get white, it’s not too hard to fix which is why I went with that color. We got it for our almost 5-year-old and our three year-old and he on the bottom she’s on the top and they absolutely love it, and the top of the bed is fully guarded and having the stairs on the side versus like a traditional ladder is much more secure, which is why we went with it. We love the Storage on the side and then we’re using the trundle for storage 

The box 3 of 3 said grey but the pieces inside were white! I am annoyed because we started putting the bed together and now we have to stop and wait for the replacement parts and hope they get it right this time. The bed comes with a lot of pieces and it is time consuming to put together but that was expected. not sure of the quality just yet because its not finished but so far it is as expected.
