Bunk bed nightmare. I am surprised this bed had such great review. I wish I never bought this bed. It came damaged. Scrapes, bad paint job. But that I could have lived with. But the manufacturing of this product was horrific. Holes weren’t predrilled places all different lengths. 5 months maybe less the planks started to come apart. I included pic. Buy with caution. Maybe I got a bad bed but I don’t think so. I wish I could give this bed 0 stars.

Already got a concussion hitting his head on the low top bunk, consider reworking this design.

The assembly was easy, but I did find that the pre-built parts of the bed (the head and foot boards) were not the most structurally stable - they often separate from the frame of the bed. We had to add our own stabilization to the bed to ensure that it wouldn't wobble apart.

For the most part the bed is great. We had to add an extra screw in to secure the ladder better.

This is a great bunk bed, my son loves it. Arrived with some bashes and scrapes, so don't expect it to be in perfect condition, but most of these could be hidden. Huge dent in the ladder, but quickly replaced by wayfair with no quibbling. I put it together mostly single handedly in a couple of hours, so assembly not too tricky (and would have been even faster with a power screwdriver rather than manual).
