Granddaughter loves her new bed closet and desk but really loves the stair cabinets

A bit difficult to build, some of the screws did not meet their needs so I replaced them with screws that were more stabilizing. Very happy with the finished product. There were a few dings from poor handling but given the weight of the boxes, I understand. I definitely purchased the insurance. Better to have and not need than to need and not have!

My daughter loves her bed. Bed looks great when put together. The only negative would be putting it together. That took 8 plus hours to do so many pieces and the instructions had no words just pictures. Overall beautiful bed.

After disassembling my son's current bed and spending nearly an hour unboxing and organization all the parts to start assembly, I realize there are no instructions and no hardware in any of the three boxes. Now, I have to reassemble old bed, find place to store parts, while I have to wait for the manufacturer to respond in 1-2 business days! This is a huge inconvenience. I would not order again...I should have went to a local store for my purchase so that I could have had missing parts replaced immediately!!!

This bed is amazing! My teen loves her new bed and it definitely adds some pizzaz to her room. Assembly is tricky though as some screws were missing and it took 7hrs to assemble properly! Other than than that. It's awesome!
