Packaged carefully and shipped quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. This bunk bed is sturdy and perfectly fit our 6” mattresses. Note the trundle clearance is a little tight so consider going with a slightly thinner mattress in there. Otherwise, frame is great and overall appealing to see. Our two girls love it!

My girls love it. Only thing is that it does smell so we had to let it air out a few weeks before my girls ending up using it. Also, the drawers did not close all the way but Wayfair replaced those parts.

First, I wasn’t able to assemble the bed within the 30-day return period because it was very difficult and time-consuming to put together. When it arrived, it already had many scratches. Second, the bed came with missing parts — the long wooden support logs that go under the mattress were not included. Without them, I can’t even place a mattress on the bed. I am very disappointed with this purchase and wish I had returned it right away if I had known about all these issues. I do not recommend this product.
