My grandkids loves this bed. It is good quality and looks really nice.

I ordered this bunk bed in October 2024. It is now June 2025 and the wood to the stair case has broken. My kids did not do anything other than normal activity on the bed and the wood broke. The wood is very cheap. I reported the staircase issue and CS it went from it still being under warranty to replace to now it isn’t. Now the lower front of the frame is broken. I will have to buy a whole new set. Waste of money.

Bed was ok until I got to assembling the top bunk. The head board on the top bunk has a long split in the wood which is spreading. Can you all replace this piece?

The bunkbeds arrived on time. Three boxes. Took 6 hours and 2 people to put it together. But it was as we expected. It seems fairly sturdy so hope it holds up under a 6 year old and 9 year old. It looks good but be aware that all the silver screws shows when it is finished.
