In short, the directions are horrible. They are pictures only and they are tiny pictures. It makes it very easy to assemble something backwards. A couple of the pieces have chips in them. Some of the holes were not in the right spot and some were drilled all the way through that weren’t supposed to be. Some of the wood split while assembling. It’s very rickety and didn’t come with wall brackets. The big square seat underneath doesn’t move so you can’t get a desk chair under the bed chair under there and once pulled out into a bed the cushion is so uncomfortable you can’t sleep on it. It’s not worth the almost 1000 we spent on it. We can’t send it back though because my daughter loves it. I’m the one stuck with trying to make it safe and usable. I still can’t get over how shaky it is.
