Very difficult to assemble. Size of allen wrench was inadequate to drive in the long bolts (headboard); I had to use my own (longer) 4 mm wrench to drive in the long bolts, and I had to oil the screw threads first. Also, you should have pilot holes for the wood screws that hold down the slats. Suggestion: have an anonymous buyer deliver the bed kit to your office, and have an intern try to assemble it. All the problems with the kit will then be obvious

The center post cracked the minute my 11 year old sat on it after putting it together according to instructions. It is cheaply made and would like to send it back and get a credit on something else. This is not going to work for us.
