The package arrived damaged. We were able to hide the broken piece. But I am disappointed with the price. The bed cracked under the weight of my 30 pound child. The bed was easy to assemble. My kids love it with the lights. Overall, I am still satisfied.

Overall the bed is nice. My son really wanted a loft type bed so we chose this one for the look and also based on the good reviews. A lot of people said it was fairly easy to put together. The directions kinda sucked and it was just annoying to put together. Everything was labeled nicely at least. The insert with the Allen type key bolt isn’t our favorite type of securing mechanism but we cut the Allen key and made a drill bit making it a lot easier. Some of the wood pieces weren’t perfect or hollowed out enough. A piece actually came damaged but Wayfair sent out a new one right away, which was much appreciated. It doesn’t feel like the most solid structure. It’s fine to be sleeping on but I did warn my 4 year old not to be jumping or hanging on it. Time will tell how it holds up.

Our toddler loves this bed!! A bit of time to put together, but worth it with how sturdy this bed is.

Horrible service. Boxes didnt arrive together and apparently that’s a thing on here. So be careful scheduling someone to put it together. I paid for someone to put it together through here only for the worker to tell me an hr before arrival they need TWO people. Not one. So now I have to wait another 48 hrs. Customer service is no help. She kept saying if it’s not enough time for him to put it together he has to reschedule. Lord she weren’t listening at all….He said it takes two people to lift etc….ask for a supervisor…wait 24 hrs. Just ridiculous!!!
