This product not working for me cause I am having trouble to open the or attached it

The bed was received a day earlier than the original expected receive by date, but Wayfair communicated the updated delivery date so that we could arrange to be home. There was no shipping damage noted but one component, the front of the trundle, had a significant crack in it that was obviously missed during the manufacture process and was not associated with shipping. We immediately notified Wayfair via their web process and the Manufacturer sent a replacement part right away. We could not be more pleased with Wayfair’s handling of the order and the defect. With respect to the bed, it is obviously not a top of the line bed and we did not expect it for the price. But it appears to be sturdy and should hold up for the use intended for our grand kids. The instructions are a bit lacking in description for the assembly and is mostly exploded view drawings. There is no description to the installation of the trundle stops and one is left to figure out some of assembly process on their own. But it was not a difficult assembly and can be completed by oneself, or with the assistance of another if you enjoy arguing over the interpretation of the instructions. Overall, I was very pleased with Wayfair’s service, delivery and customer support and will most certainly use them in the future.

For an inexpensive bed frame this item is acceptable. The assembly instructions could have been clearer. Also, I expected the finish to be darker.
