Imagine waiting excitedly for your new bunk system to be assembled after getting the room ready, only to find out it has missing and defective pieces. After paying for installation, all that could be completed was the photo attached since the missing parts were supporting the system. I am waiting for replacement parts with no urgency from Wayfair on the replacement. I only have had the ability to speak to a chat line thus far. They have offered free installation (which I already have paid for when the parts arrive so not really free) so would expect they would honor having it installed since it wasn't my fault it came with faulty and missing pieces. The one piece was drilled from the manufacturer incorrectly so I would never have known visually, and the packaging was not grouped in way to notice a missing part. I expected better from Wayfair and hope they make good on this but for now, just completely disappointed.

The bed itself has been sturdy and the directions were easy to understand. Some issues included missing part numbers (stickers came off bed parts and fasteners are unlabeled and must be sorted prior to construction), missing fasteners (two different screw types were missing, requiring a trip to the hardware store for replacements). The biggest issue was with connecting the upper bunks together. The 30mm screw is simply too short to fit through the slot in the bed and connect to the nut on the other side. I had to ream out the holes in the bed to allow for the screw to sit deep enough to thread into the bolt.

Love it but should have paid for assembly! Also out of the hundreds of pieces, I was missing 1 critical piece for the stairs. Wayfair quickly replaced it but sent the entire box t(containing 200lbs of extra parts) that the missing part should have been in. so now what do I do with it all

We like this furniture, but the assembly instructions are awful. Multiple different types of screws and assembly items are put into one plastic bag, making it difficult to know which screw correlates to which number on the instructions. It took me 10 hours to assemble this product.
