0 stars ⭐️ this bed came in 3 big boxes, damaged to the point pieces were falling out of the packages. The slats that make the head board were cracked and splayed so badly, over 8 pieces were broken, and an entire leg for the headboard of the upper bunkbed was missing. I am sooo disappointed in This purchase for how much it cost and how poor the quality is. DO NOT purchase this item.

Hard to built instruction not clear ot all but it look good

The pkg number one looks abit rough opened on the sides. But I won’t know until we start putting bed together. Hopefully nothing is damaged.

Terrible packaging all product arrived damaged

The product looks as pictured. Delivery was not ideal as the box came destroyed and pieces were falling out of it. Multiple pieces damaged or cracked. Still assembled corrrectly. Directions aren’t clear as to which side you want the stairs and how to build it that way. A couple times we had to redo it as it was set for the opposite way we wanted it. Time will tell how it will hold up
