Looks really great. One part was missing but the customer service process was quick and easy. Also, the step to do the drawer seemed backwards but we made everything work!

Can see the bolts in place, would like covers for that (that is true to image though) a bit rickety- shakes when my 60 lb son gets into bed a little. Seems safe but would prefer it to have more solid build. LOTS of storage space and he loves the play space created underneath.

Sturdy and heavy. Real wood. Stairs are stable and my Mom (68yrs ) was able to go up and down the stairs well. Son loves it. Drawers not staying on track well tho. Some sloppy finishes on corners of wood.

Stairs broke within first month. But otherwise very functional and sturdy! Would recommend for younger kids.
