The bunk bed came with a really strong smell like paint or something like that. I gave a headache. There were some scratches and small damages to some parts. to some of the parts. It was easy to put together.

We’ve currently got the beds set up as two regular twin beds as my children are still a little too young for bunk beds. The wood feels sturdy and of good quality. Putting them together was relatively easy and I was able to do it on my own, though I’m sure I would need a second person for assembling as an actual bunk beds. They did smell heavily of varnish when opening the box, but the smell dissipated especially after I turned on the air purifier in the room.

I love the bed and its design, But not the service I get. Very disappointed with the delivery experience and quality of service support. I ordered the bed on June 6. Delivery was scheduled for June 15, but it stuck in the warehouse and I got it on June 19th only. When was unpacking realised all the hardware was missing and no assembly guide. After dealing with AI assistance for 2 hours , they shipped the hardware, but forgot to put the instructions again! Now finally putting the bed together I see there are 4 missing wooden parts and not all the hardware parts , and I need to wait 1 more week again! It’s been a month I can’t put my kids bed together …

The bunk bed looks great all set up and feels sturdy! The stained finish looks great! I do think the beds are darker in person than what the picture shows but I like them! The set up went well. There were a couple of pieces that were not labeled but it was not difficult to determine which ones were which. The directions were easy to understand and the set up took around 2 hours with two people.
