MINUS 100 stars! First of all, the connection rods sent were too long so replacement parts were ordered and did not arrive on time. Handy services had to be rescheduled and I had my own date and was rescheduled by Wayfair again without a notification sent. From Monday to Friday. So much time wasted. I had to get my own replacement part delivered but the handy service date was changed by Wayfair without telling me when I could have everything done already. So inconvenient.
