Came damaged and directions were very vague. About half of the pilot holes were missing so had to drill our own with no measurements or direction on where to place.

Product is a great space saving solution with a bonus little "fort" area for kids.

Took longer than expected to put together, we were missing several cam locks for the different pieces of furniture, the wood screws that were sent were too short to attach the desk to the underside of the bed frame, and the anchor screws for the bed slats were unable to be used because they began splitting the wood. We got it together in the end and my daughter is happy with the bed, but I would not buy it again.

Material scratched up bad during assembly. Multiple items labeled the same and the directions could be more clear. Not happy with how cheap the material is and they put big yellow stickers on that are hard to peel off without damaging. Weight restrictions are only 250lbs so i cant lay down with my child at bedtime anymore. The dresser and bookshelf are separate and can be swapped or used separately in your room. Wouldn’t say this is worth $1000. If i could disassemble and return easily, i probably would….lesson learned
