Delivery was to my old address in Virginia, and I now live in Florida. Chat was condescending and not helpful. Then they fobbed me off to Fed Ex, who were also unable to help me. Done with Wayfair!

Exactly as described and easy to put together!

My book case came missing an essential piece. We waited over a month to get it mailed in or refunded and wayfair did nothing to remedy the situation

This product was very difficult to assemble and had too many parts.

Exactly what I needed and was super easy to put together. Only took me about 45 minutes and I did it by myself. Female- 40. Holds a lot of toys and doesn’t take up a ton of space and is a great height for our 4 year old. Using this in his playroom for extra storage and to get bigger toys up off the floor.
