When this product arrived, the box looked rough. It was left next to a package parcel quite a ways from my house that specifies oversized packages should be delivered to the recipient’s house. It had to be transported in a car that could not reasonably accommodate it with the trunk open. After the entire bed was assembled and I tried to stack it, I discovered that one of the legs on the top bunk was warped. I had to reshape it with a pair of pliers to get the bed to fit together. Aside from the delivery issues and warped piece, the bed is decent. It replaced another bunk bed that had started to fall apart and my children like it. The bed was easy to assemble with the help of another adult. There is enough room under the bed to store things, the support bars are sturdy, and I’m overall satisfied with the product.

Great easy to set up

I bought this for my 4-year-old to have in our new home. I ordered it during a sale, but couldn't put it together until the other day when we moved in. Firstly, the order was delivered and left in the soaking rain instead of under the porch area, where the box would have stayed dry. The box disintegrated from being soaked, and I had to tie the MANY pieces together and store them in the garage of my old place until I moved. Secondly, the pieces do not fit together perfectly. Most of them do, but the few that don't are key pieces, especially the ladder. Trying to screw the ladder in is a nightmare because the holes do not line up exactly. Thirdly, the bed is very shaky. My child is very small for his age (only about 30 lbs) and the bed shakes like crazy. If I could return this, I would, but I can't afford to buy another bed. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone!
