the product arrived on time and was ok accept for a missing part. After several communications with your customer support, we were promised with a replacement. while we were waiting for the replacement, we were told the shipment was delayed then the order was cancelled. Totally disappointment!

Came with missing parts was only able to do bottom bed because they missing all the rails for top bunk now all my kids gotta sleep on that one bed til the parts come in

The bunk bed itself is nice and easy to build. Only negative thing is that it's a little wobbly when on the top bunk. Probably best if it's secured to the next wall. I would purchase a sterdier model next time.
