DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and Structurally UNSAFE. 1. Ladder is 12" and the bracket holes are 14" so only ONE side of ladder can be attached creating a wobbly ladder. Now I need to attach a bracket myself to make is functional. 2. Holes for brackets are all not drilled out see picture, had to drill my own holes in order to complete assembly. Obviously I did not know of these problems until the end of assembly - asked for a refund or new ladder at a minimum and was told I need to dissemble the ENTIRE BED and return it? or a 30% credit. Why would I dissemble an entire bed only to order it again and get another defective bed (ladder). Disassemble and ENTIRE BED that is NOT FUNCTIONALLY SOUND? and return it why? it is useless to Wayfair. Why not refund my money with apologizes of a defective product, that's good customer service. WOW just WOW a bed that risks children's safety? Only, to order another an have the same problem with the ladder, that only can be attached on one side? unbelievable!

They went together so easily and are very sturdy! My 10 year old and my husband put together 2 bunks in just a few hours! Very clear instructions and everything arrived in perfect condition! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We chose this set bc of the orientation option and it was so easy to customize for this space!

Really don’t have a prob with the finished product it does the job once we were able to built it . Our problems were that the instructions were not included in the box, we didn’t get the instruction replacement for 3 days after report, some of the correct screws and parts that were sent weren’t listed in the instructions. We figured it out and it’s fine, but it took longer thank it should have taken to sort it all out
