We bought this bunk bed because of the high weight capacity - it's actually a great size for adults! The ladder is a little uncomfortable to climb, but we purposely opted for it since stairs would take up too much space. It was a breeze to assemble and seems very sturdy.

On the website it looks like the bottom bunk doesn’t have slats, but it does have them. This is an aesthetically sleek design. True to its description, it doesn’t squeak. I should know since I have a highly active 3 year old who moves around on the top bunk a lot and it hasn’t squeaked once. We are happy with it.
