Originally ordered bed in black after delivery date past it said back ordered. After a month being back ordered I contacted csr who said no idea when it will be restocked. No modifications to existing order. Suggested cancellation to be able to reorder same bed different colour which was in stock. I agreed. When reorder the price was higher. After going back and forth with csr finally got them to keep old price with new order. New order second colour comes on time. Delivered to side of the wall away from door cam view no knocking no ringing doorbell just left outside. Got notification 2hours later based on delivery stamp. Box says fragile. Box looked like it’s been through hell and back! Assembly was a nightmare. If you’re not good at building things yourself Don’t order this bed. Even for 2adults who build everything themselves this was overwhelming and over stimulating. They know how hard it is that’s why they charge so much for assembly fee! If u see assembly fee or high assembly fee just know its like that for a reason. Overall I would not recommend or do anything like this again it was a hassle and sweat and tears from ordering to building it!
