Le lit est laissé au bas des marches, j'habite au 3 ieme et le livreur n'a pas sonné ou appeler. Je commande en ligne pour ne pas avoir a monter les meubles seul et la je vais devoir. Possiblement ma première et dernière commande chez vous.

Its good but its pretty woobly. The installation wasnt too hard. Can be done alone but best with an extra hand

Lit solide

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a full-size metal loft bed, but I received a twin-size bed instead. To make matters worse, the frame itself had manufacturing defects. One of the side railings was missing a screw hole, making assembly impossible, and another section had faulty welding that raised serious concerns about the bed’s structural integrity and safety. I contacted customer service and provided photos of the defects but ended up getting a whole new loft bed in a box that I did not want. While the representative was polite, the only resolution offered was to return the items for a full refund because the full-size version was out of stock. This meant I was left with the inconvenience of disassembling, repackaging, and returning a defective product. Overall, the quality control on this product was unacceptable. I expected much better quality and service. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Basic and good. My kid loves having the lights included. Feels sturdy, good. Hardest oath of putting together was just at beginning, once you figure out the first step, then the next go smoothly….took few hours to put together (just one person working on it). Would but this item again.
