Looks as pictured. Material is a little rougher than k would like and there is a fairly large gap between the side and the foot piece. Otherwise it’s great!

I like the look and fabric of the chair, however, the carton arrived damaged and it appears that an attempt was made to fix it. Unfortunately, once we had the chair assembled we noticed stains on the right side of the chair. The stains are perfect circles. It appears that perhaps the chair came in contact with something that shape. One of the features of the chair that I l wanted was that the chair revolves, however, this particular chair only revolves to the right, turning to the left is very much restricted. The recliner was also advised as a Power Swivel Gliding Recliner when it in fact is more of a rocking recliner, not a glader. Wayfair who do I get in touch with about my problems as the chair is not acceptable in the state it is now?
