Very nice mature looking loft bed. A few minor pieces were missing and despite ordering it new it appeared to have been used before or slightly scratched up. Takes longer than two hours to set up if using service. Closer to 6 houes.

Beautiful loft bed. Took off one star because it is difficult to build (took 3 people to assemble in 9 hours) and shakes to the point it feels unstable when getting on. Will need to reinforce the corners and buy rubber stoppers for the beds feet.

Very nice bed but has a ton of pieces and not the clearest directions. Also had missing pieces - just some screws that I ended up replacing with nails I had on hand.

I don’t even know where to begin on this product, missing parts, damaged, paid for the install and one person showed not two and was here for almost 20 hours for 2 units. Isn’t constructed properly, wiggles all over, mostly because one guy is trying to do this by himself. Very very disappointed, have pictures to prove all statements.
