Madison Kids Chair

Sturdy and well made solid wood chair. Matched all previously purchased Madison bedroom furniture and desk perfectly. It arrived timely and I am very pleased with this purchase.

Parts didn't fit together very well. There are two small dowels on the back of the seat cushion piece that are supposed to line up with two holes on the chair back. Even with force, these dowels did not line up (they were about 1/2" off). Nevertheless, I went ahead and tightened all the bolts - thinking that it might pull the dowels into alignment. I guess it did, because the seat seamed to tighten up correctly. However, once I attached the front legs, the chair simply would not level and rocked. I followed the leveling instructions in the box, and tried swapping the legs left-right. No luck, chair still rocks. At that point I broke it down and returned it. Not very well crafted.

Sturdy but cushion is not soft at all. My 7 yr old doesnt mind. It works and blends well with bedroom.

Comfortable and perfect height for my kindergartner. A chair that can grow with him

Hard to put together. Great quality though
