Required some work to put this together but we are happy with the results. We got it in white and our granddaughter loves it when she visits.

Bed Frame Color:Blue
We assembled our grandson’s bunk bed and had these two parts leftover. There doesn’t appear to be any mention of using them in the instructions. Anyone know what they are for

Bed Frame Color:Blue
It was so easy to put together. I did it all by myself! When I was looking for a bunk bed, the hardware jumped out to me. I didn’t want to see a bunch of nuts and bolts. This one is perfect. Choose to purchase in Navy and it is the perfect shade, matted finish.

Bed Frame Color:Natural
I bought this for visiting grandkids. It wasn't the least expensive bunk bed, and I'm glad I spent just a little more. They forgot a set of small crews to secure the ladder to the the frame; I'm sure I could have called and asked for them but didn't because I had the same size screws in my garage. I gave it five stars anyway because I'm really happy with the quality; it's definitely as nice as I had hoped, and nicer than I expected. I'm 200 pounds and I'll sleep in it tonight. It's a very nice clean pine color, almost all parts are 100% solid wood, and is sturdy. I think the description said knot-free Australian pine; I doubted the knot-free part, and worried because cheap pine can be so soft that hardware can rip through it and mar easily just by dropping it. The pine is very firm for inexpensive pine, knot-free, and nice looking. The clear finish is thin but adequate/attractive. It is solid wood (as advertised) except the slats under the bed, which are plywood, and the drawer bottom which is pressboard, but I didn't see it as a problem. I was worried the slats were too widely spaced apart, but there is a sturdy square metal rod down the length of the bed, supporting the middle of the slats from beneath, giving it integrity. And the pressboard drawer bottoms are -- I'm guessing -- 5/16ths inch thick, not thin 1/8th stuff that I've gotten in cheap furniture before, and it has a nice wood grain coating on both sides that matches the color of the pine, with a 2" wide wood bar supporting the middle of the drawer bottom. I expected that the drawers would flop around under the bed, but the top lip of drawer butts up against the bottom rail nicely (see photo), keeping the drawers from going under the bed, and giving it a clean finished look when the drawers are closed, even though the drawers are on wheels and aren't attached to anything. The drawers are pretty big and solid, but there is room behind the drawers; I was glad that the space was just big enough for some flat plastic underbed containers that we already had. Unless you're superman, give yourself several hours to unbox it and put it together and clean up. The pictoral directions have no words, but were 100% correct; if you see a picture that doesn't make sense to you, you're missing something; if you do something backwards, then you'll get it ("OH, I see what they were trying to show me!") and you can redo it; it's pretty forgiving. Hope that helps.
