This bed is very well made, solid, and perfect. I got a full size for my son and put it together myself. It had simple instructions and all of the holes lined up. The drawers are large and hold all of his clothes. Very pleased ! Will buy furniture from Atlantic in the future. (Duvet also purchased on wayfair-super cute)

This was our first experience with Wayfair. The staff on the phone were extremely helpful and the furniture arrived quickly. We are redecorating our 16 year old (growing) son's bedroom with the intention of getting him a larger bed. The staff member my husband talked to helped him find this bed specifically to accommodate the full XL mattress we wanted to order. Your staff member pointed out that the dimensions - specifically the length of the bed frame (83.63" - see screen shot from your website) - would accommodate a Full XL bed (80" length). We assembled the bed and were looking forward to the whole family getting back to their own beds after the renovation, when we realized that the bed rails were too short. The length of this bed frame is only 77.5" (same as a regular twin size). The pictures attached show the full XL mattress overlapping the end of the bed, and the remaining pictures show how my husband has created a temporary fix until we get resolution on this. We called Wayfair Thursday evening and were unable to get satisfaction. My husband pointed out the error on your website and requested replacement bed rails, because all we need to make this work is a pair of bed rails that is currently listed on your website for the twin XL size. It was suggested that we call the manufacturer to see if they will allow us to purchase them separately. We are hugely frustrated by this experience and unlikely to buy from Wayfair again.
