Lit mezzanine double en métal et bois Bundabirg avec bureau en L et tablettes

It looks exactly like the picture once built. It took 2 of us about 5 hours to complete it. Once it was done and everything was tightened as much as possible it was extremely wobbly and rocked back and forth when touched and even worse when someone climbed the ladder. We ended up purchasing metal brackets, braces, and a drill bit for metal and installing 90 and 45 degree supports on all the corners. This has worked really well and didn’t cost very much to do. But it definitely shouldn’t be something you have to do after spending almost $400 on the bed frame itself. Overall my son is very happy with it now and we like it. Just disappointed that it needed the extra work and hardware to make it usable.

Looks amazing in photos, but it came without the metal pieces that the bed rests on (the slats?) and when I called Wayfair, they sent me to the manufacturer, and they then proceeded to respond with canned responses and I have gotten nowhere with them at all. I've called four times to Wayfair already and I've gotten absolutely zero support or responses from them.
