I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product I received from Wayfair. I purchased a bunk bed (with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom) that included a desk, charging station, LED lights, drawers, and shelves for 339.29 the product was clearly advertised and sold as new. However, the item I received arrived with numerous scratches, missing parts, visible defects, damaged areas, and a rough finish on the metalwork, along with other signs suggesting it was a floor model, a return, or a previously handled item. This condition is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. I want to make it very clear that this damage was NOT caused during assembly. I paid a professional 160.00 to assemble the bunk bed and personally supervised the entire assembly process from start to finish. The scratches, damaged metal, and defects were already present when the product was received. Therefore, my total cost was 499.29—339.29 for the product and 160.00 for professional assembly. I paid for a brand-new product and expected it to arrive in perfect condition, free of damage or defects. If the item had previously been returned, used as a floor model, or was otherwise used or damaged, this should have been clearly disclosed prior to purchase. I consider this situation unacceptable and misleading. I should not have to pay full price for a product that does not match the condition in which it was advertised and sold. I request that Wayfair take responsibility for this issue and offer an appropriate solution. My preferred solution is a full replacement with a genuinely new, undamaged bunk bed, as well as a reimbursement of the 160.00 spent on professional assembly. If Wayfair cannot provide a brand-new, defect-free replacement product, I expect a full refund of 339.29, along with a refund of the 160.00 assembly fee, totaling 499.29. I have photographs documenting the scratches, defects, and damaged areas of the iron and can provide them as proof. I expect Wayfair to take this complaint seriously and offer a satisfactory solution, rather than asking me to accept a damaged product that was sold as new.

Received the wrong size bed I ordered the Twin Over Full version, but after putting the bed together, I realized I had been sent the Full Over Full version instead. Unfortunately, by that point the entire bed was assembled. The Full Over Full is significantly larger and takes up much more of my son’s room than what I intended to purchase. Wayfair did give me a 20% refund to keep it, which I appreciate, but the alternative would have involved taking this large bed completely apart and returning it. I ultimately kept it because of how difficult returning an already assembled bunk bed would be. Just disappointed because I specifically ordered the Twin Over Full to better fit the room.
