The first horse that was sent was obviously a return that had bee redirected to me. The box was taped shut over massive rips, and the stirrups and support bars were severely scratched. We had to return it because the bar connecting the horse to the supports was broken. They replaced the item at no cost to me (I had to drop it at the nearest FedEx location, which was hard in the country), and when they sent the replacement, something was wrong with the bars so it doesn't have room to connect lengthwise, the horse is sideways in the supports. Do not recommend.
