Love the bed! Very sturdy! That being said- the number stickers are ridiculous to get off, there are areas where you can see paint marks from darker to white (i got the white option) and the number of screws on the stairs with no screw cover stickers provided makes things look a bit cheap. We carpeted the stairs which I highly recommend doing And be sure to have a 6 inch mattress because our 9 inch was not safe up top so had to order new mattress now.

-Seems it will be functional for smaller children, sturdiness to be determined with time -Was timely and somewhat difficult to assemble -VERY UNHAPPY with the overall look with all the eye soar open screw holes, makes it look very cheap! I plan to glue gun over the holes with decorations. The amount and "eye soar-ness" off ALL of the MANY holes does not show in the online photos as to reality! :(

Pay close attention to dimensions as this will not accommodate a standard size mattress. It is a nice bed but wish the listing called that out more prominently. Took about 5 hours to build.
