Absolutely terrible experience with this item. Headboard was delivered broken, so the assembly person could not assemble. A new headboard was sent, and apparently "This Side Up" is optional because it was delivered upside down (and too heavy for one person to turn). There was some sort of pink ink all over the box, which got all over the house. Then upon opening all of the boxes, no hardware was included to actually assemble it, nor the instructions to assemble (which were later found online). I was unable to reschedule assembly because customer service just tried making me buy it again, so I had to cancel it, but still couldn't build it myself due to not having the hardware.

Amazing crib! Have had one for 5.5 years (converted to a big boy bed) and bought this second for my youngest who is using it in toddler bed mode! The color is perfection for all type of decor.
