The item came in damaged but I can say wayfair is not at fault in my opinion because the outside packaging was not damaged on arrival but the changing was and had plenty of foam protecting it so that just tells me the manufacturer warehouse personnel packed it that way and did not do proper inspection of the item before wrapping it up. My son has 2 weeks to go before he arrives so just had to deal with it.
