Callesto Kids Twin Platform with Drawers

I’m not super impressed with this product. It’s lower quality than I would typically purchase. One drawer came damaged, which my husband was able to repair.

Hi,first of all. Item picture has book shelf head board but after we see it is not coming with head board. Item come with some of damages. You can check from photos. We want to replace damage parts also

When I purchased this bed I was under the impression that the headboard came with it. Then I found out it didn’t when I was opening the box it came in up. I was disappointed. After taking the pieces to the bed out I removed the side piece that goes along the side of the bed only to find it was cracked. Highly disappointed in this purchase from here also the bed was cheaper on the south shore site itself. My first time purchase from wayfair and definitely my last one! Would not recommend this site to anyone. Currently awaiting an return email seeing about getting my money back!

I am highly disappointed and I will be contacting the better business bureau. I spoke with three people they did not help me and they were very rude. I will never use this site again. I have parts with no instructions. I am requesting a refund and willing to send everything back and order from a better furniture store

Don’t order from Wayfair unless you use a card not linked to bank. FRAUD
