Horrible. The wood split 60 days after it was professionally assembled through Wayfair. I inquired about how to resolve the issue and was told it was beyond the 30 days.

Overall the bed is nice. Both beds were easy to put together and (along with my three year olds help) it took me about 2 hours. The stairs were incredibly frustrating because the pilot holes in one of the drawers to stack was drilled incorrectly. I always give people who make those claims the side eye and I roll them apart and reassembled them three times to make sure I didn’t do anything incorrectly. After I determined that it was wrong and I wasn’t crazy I made the needed adjustments and continued building. I probably would have contacted the manufacturer but I needed the bed done that day so I made it work. One step came in with a crack across the top so I am going to have to switch that one out but other than that I’m happy with the quality. They are solid wood and very sturdy. For the price I would purchase them again. My kids are happy with it.

Just what we needed, just what we ordered. Got here quickly. Seems like a great product. The Grandkids will test it tonight. :)
