Cute bed but I am disappointed. The frame is not high enough to accommodate a trundle with mattress. I guess I will need a special mattress bc an 8 inch will not fit you can see in the second photo.

This is a great solution for when my kids want to have spend the night company. I took one star away because the side that does not have the trundle is open at the bottom versus have a side piece to match. I’m going to need to get a dust ruffle or something to cover the bottom.
