This has been the worst experience that I have ever had when ordering furniture. The first delivery I received was 5 of the 9 box to assemble my son’s bed. I called to reorder the rest of the parts needed to assemble the bed. The customer service rep I spoke to was great. Someone she asked a question told her a lie saying that I got all of the parts that they were compact but clearly it wasn’t. She then ordered the replacement parts when she realized that not even one bed could be completely assembled. The parts are ordered on March 6th and I got an email on March 28th that the parts would be delivered on March 30th from 7a-11a. Around 10a I go on Wayfair to check the status and they have changed the time to be delivered by 4p. Well 4pm has come and gone so I called the number listed if you have delivery questions. I speak to one girl and she can’t help so she transferred me to Shawna and she says she going to warm transfer me to the delivery company well she just drops the call with no information. I attempted to get someone at the company no one answered. This has been the worst experience with a company trying to get a bed for my son. I

The bottom bunk supper broke easily and Mayfair can't help me bc I took to long to contact them. They also can't give me the furniture makers contact bc they don't have it even though its under one year warranty. The instructions to assemble this are HORRIBLE.

Easy assembling, perfect adult bunk bed for guest room at beach house!

This so SO beautiful! Very high quality look to it. Assembly took a couple hours with two of us but it's very heavy and well made. My husband did end up having to drill some holes on his own, and we added a second support beam to the top bunk as only the bottom bed came with one. It feels very secure now! Well worth every penny, I was nervous about buying this because there were no reviews yet but would definitely buy it again. I especially love the size of the desk-- since the upper bunk is a full bed, the desk is longer than other models which only have a twin bed up top. This means we'll actually be able to put a computer on it with room to work. All of the drawers roll out nicely. We have been safely laying on the top bunk with my son without worrying too, it's nice to know it holds so much weight.
