Terrible experience with missing parts and horrible instructions. Spending over $3k for a product like this is not advised. I wish I could return the product but I'm not going to after spending weeks putting it together and waiting for missing parts.

Excellent solution for my girls' bedroom. They are both young so they share the bottom for now but they love their bed. The side shelf is large enough for a small TV that has helped to make their bedtime much more pleasant. Plenty of storage and it seems like it will last a long time. Assembly took a whole day and some parts were a bit confusing but overall not bad. I added some felt feet under the whole thing so it doesn't scratch up our hardwood and it also helps keep it quieter if they're playing in their bed. I added some felt pieces under the top bunk slats so they don't make noise when someone is up there too.

The bed itself is great. Had a few broken pieces to it and the replacement parts took over a month to come it

Didn't include all hardware. Instructions are the worst instructions and for a product like this that has different options, the instructions include pieces that you didn't order which make it complex. You have to find the pages that match with what you ordered. The parts themselves aren't numbered or labeled and hardware is mix matched in boxes. Even the box that's labeled open first didn't have the hardware for that box and some of the pieces weren't inside that box but in another. Ordered replacement hardware and it's 8 bags of hardware as a forewarning and even then I'm expecting it to be just enough to finish putting it together. Lastly, I ordered the replacement hardware a week ago and still no update on it shipping so I just have a half built bunk bed that's unusable until that gets here. Overall, the worst piece of furniture I've bought. Oh and to say the least, the hardware is odd enough that my local hardware stores don't carry it.
