This small bookshelf is just the right size for my needs. It assembled easily and is good quality. But I chose this style of ladder bookcase - with rods instead of fabric pockets - so that the entire cover of each book is visible. This works well for the top 2 shelves, which have a lip that keeps the books from slipping out under the rod. However the bottom shelf doesn't have this and I had to improvise something to keep the books from slipping out. (attached a piece of weather-stripping, which is working so far)

Easy to put together, looks great. Only complaint is it didnt come with any hardware or setup to mount it to the wall. We will need to figure out a way to do that ourselves.

Flimsy and therefore dangerous.

We got this for our kids’ nursery, and it was a great way to showcase the books we got at our shower. It holds more than you expect too.
