I had a few different issue with these gate. It arrived damaged but had great customer service and it got replaced. Then a few weeks later I noticed that my baby had pulled out the door lock (white piece in picture.) i’m not sure how it happened or if it could be fixed, but I tried to speak to customer service about it. I was hoping to maybe be sent a new door panel to replace it with, but they mentioned that was outside of the 30 day window.. I was really happy with the gate up to that point.

Im really impressed how good the wood is! I have so much things for my baby boy that it look kinda small but im happy to put all together so he dont mess all the house. Thank you for the fast delivery

Good playpen but 8 panel was a little too small for our baby. Also screws sometimes fall out of it randomly. We still use it but without connecting. We use it as a border basically. My baby does like the toys on it
