This was a good item and was delivered fast. The second part of the order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting to be picked up. The estimated date was Dec, 17th. So much for a Christmas present. No email or notice at all.

this was a personalized gift for a toddler who is just now beginning to use the potty reliably. Her mommy has turned the spare bathroom into the toddlers special space, designing it with a unicorn theme. I thought the plaque was very cute. My criticism would be that it's small and over priced. Still, I found nothing else quite like it. Grandmothers can afford to splurge sometimes. But it IS over priced, imo.
