This bed is AWESOME! My 9yo daughter loves it and so does her 11yo brother. She’s tall for her age and our ceilings are on the low side (house built in 1982), but she’s able to be comfortable when she’s in her bed without issue. I wanted to find something to maximize her small bedroom and allow flexibility. Right now she has a little sofa under it, but as she grows, we’ll be able to rearrange the space into something different! She went from hating her room to loving it. It did have a small flaw on the white pieces, but it was small enough to not worry about, considering what the kids will put it through. Cannot recommend this bed enough. It took me about 3 hours to put together by myself. I seen comments saying the instructions were confusing but I didnt think they were bad to be honest. This would be a 5 star review if the "13" guard rail" was truly 13" its more like 12. Other than that everything felt study and went together well.
