Overall pleased with bed which is a full sz with twin trundle. For this brand price of almost 600 dollars some improvements are needed. The plank boards that are visible under the top bunk have tons of splinters in which if a child lying under on the bottom reaches up, their hand would be full of splinters. I got snagged on several! I literally had to tape each board to cover it to keep our 4 yr old from getting scratched up. Also loose splinters fall down into your face as you lay on the bottom, not safe at all!! I also did not like the exposed screws they are not very attractive, plan to cover them. Trundle bed sits directly on the floor - not attached to anything, you basically drag out to use. Not a smooth process on carpet. Putting bed together was not that difficult husband was able to complete in 3hr increments after work in 2 days.
