[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently transitioned our son who is 18 months from a standard crib to this toddler bed, and it has been such a smooth experience! I was honestly a little nervous about making the switch, but this bed made it so easy for all of us. He was getting to the point of potentially climbing out of his crib which made us very nervous and we couldn’t wait for him to not be in a crib anymore. The design is absolutely adorable. The little house frame makes it feel fun and my son was immediately excited about sleeping in his little tent. It made the transition feel like an upgrade instead of something he was losing. The white finish is clean and modern, and it fits perfectly with the rest of his room style. The size is just right for a toddler. It’s low to the ground, which gave us peace of mind in case he rolled out since he moves around the night so much. He can climb in and out on his own which has helped build his independence. The side rails are high enough to make it feel secure but still easy for him to get in and out without help. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long. The instructions were clear and all the pieces felt sturdy and well made. Another big plus is that it uses a crib mattress, so we didn’t have to buy a new one. That made the transition more affordable and convenient. Overall, we are so happy with this purchase. It’s cute, sturdy, and perfect for helping our little one transition from crib to toddler bed. The bed arrived in a compact box and had clear instructions on how to assemble. It took my husband about an hour but he was interrupted several times by my curious kids so it could probably be done faster. The frame itself is made from sturdy New Zealand Pine and finished with non-toxic coatings, which gives me a peace of mind. The bed's standout feature is its Montessori house-like design which includes rooflines and a low-to-the ground mattress. The design is ideal for unleashing kids' imaginations! The bed does not come with a mattress; but it fit our standard crib sized mattress. Overall, the bed seems to be durable, safe, non-toxic and easy for littles ones to climb in and out of independently.

The assembly for the bed seemed daunting at first looking through the book. However it is packaged so all the pieces that go together remain together and are labeled with stickers. My 6 year old was even able to help me complete some of the assembly, it was that simple. The construction is sturdy once assembled thanks to the bolts that insure the screws are not going anywhere, and it gives me full confidence my full energy little toddler can use it very safely. I thought for sure that there were times the boards were going to be scratched but the non-toxic coating held up during assembly and makes me believe it will be very easy to clean as well. I was concerned when we finished there were extra pieces, but I love that after it can be converted into other pieces to grow with my child in play. Most importantly my toddler loves his new bed. We've been trying to transition to a big boy bed and not doing well. He is obsessed with farms and calls his bed his bed and barn. He loves it and is finally sleeping through the night on his own. Overall, we are extremely happy with his new toddler bed. From construction, materials, and his joy with it, we know we will have many happy nights ahead because of it.
