Commode 3 tiroirs Grayson

I just got this piece and it came assembled, which made it difficult to get into my apartment. When I opened it, which required tearing apart the box. The bottom two shelves are completely off their tracks, and the front panels are broken either completely or partially from the main drawer. The right front side is broken from the body of the dresser. There are chipped pieces on the right side and the left side has torn pieces. The options given for return were horrendous. I could either replace parts for free, get a keep the item for a 25% refund ($56.93), or replace the item with a brand-new one (but I would have to box up it up myself; I have no box big enough). All of these options suck.

The dresser arrived already assembled - a huge plus. Color is beautiful. Unfortunately, every single drawer was smashed in, the left side was broken and the back was falling off. The drawers were assembled with staples vs. wood glue and the material used on the front of the drawers was closer to cardboard than any well-made wood. Even if it had not been damaged, it was not built to last.
