I was very surprised at the quality of this mattress considering the price point. We ordered this mattress for our extra room to have extra space for guests during the holidays. It shipped quickly and is as described!

This mattress is very heavy. The coils are thick and firm. The packaging is deceiving because it does not come in a very large box. Once you cut the plastic bag open, be careful because the mattress POPS open. I took the first photo of it upside down, but the second shows the pretty fabric. It is very sturdy but not too firm. Very comfortable and would purchase again.

Who would ever think that a mattress rolled up to fit in a 12 inch wide box (length is same as the width of the double size mattress) could pop out and be so thick, so sturdy, and so comfortable?! I was skeptical at first but this mattress is amazing. With the built-in box springs, perfect firmness, and extra padding on the top, it's just as good as some mattresses that are double in price. The box was extremely heavy, but the mattress itself, once it's rolled out and flat, is easy to move. The four handles on the two sides makes it even easier. It came with its own cutter to be able to carefully cut through the plastic and not cut the mattress fabric. Do be careful because once it gets loose a bit from the plastic, it wants to expand, but it doesn't do it too fast and thus make it dangerous. But it is best to have two people open it. Just a thought: I'm using it on a bedframe that doesn't need a box spring. However, I think a bedframe that has the sides coming up a bit (a wood frame vs. a metal frame) would help the mattress stay put a bit better.

Got this for my mother. She likes a medium plush bed and this immediately got rid of her back problems the first night. The set up was very easy and popping directly out of the box/plastic wrap. There were no weird odors and the plush top felt amazing. This is a hybrid mattress. And for those of you who hate getting hot at night, this mattress will NOT do that. It keeps you cool all night long which is a huge adjustment from an all foam mattress. It is important to let the mattress set up for a few hours before placing sheets on it. It may not be a brand you hear at your everyday stores, but the quality is just like those in a big box store. Not a purchase you will regret if you are a medium plush bed owner.
