The topper wasn't what was ordered. It came with a letter apologizing that what WAS ordered wasn't available or wasn't being made any more. The letter said that the replacement that they sent was just as good but it wasn't. The memory foam topper itself is not bad, but the fiber cover is too tight and compresses the foam too much so I can't even use it. I read other people's reviews about ordering things and getting something they didn't order, it almost feels like Wayfair is just a really highly polished marketplace for Temu type products. Look at the photos... ordered a 1.5 inch fiber filled mattress topper... got a less than a 1/4" inch plain old deep pocket mattress cover SMH

Added this to my sleep number king bed - and all I can say is it’s like now sleeping on a firm cloud! It’s better than high hotel quality - it’s truly so thick and squishy and fluffy with the topper - way thicker than I realized- it was true to size immediately after it was unrolled !! . I actually now need to order a step to get in my “already high” bed - it’s THAT fluffy - no joking !! This is truly a dream bed now - sleep number beds are amazing anyway - you add this and you have something that is now unbeatable! This was worth every penny and more ! Literally. I looked at a zillion toppers etc. this one is the one I decided to go with and I would definitely buy it again in a heart beat for sure!! Sleep is a necessity- get the tools you need for the sleep you deserve. This is a superior product! No regrets !! Quick thinking about and get it !!

I just set it up and realize it's not from the manufacturer as listed. So I don't know what's going on there! It will make me weary when ordering in the future.

Absolute game changer! Made an acceptable mattress a super luxurious mattress! Whenever we’re traveling, my husband and I can’t wait to get home to our own bed as no other sleeping arrangement compares to this beautiful mattress topper.

Im confused since I ordered 5.5 inch mattress topper and I got a 4 inch.
